He spent at least 2 hours the first time showing us many similar properties around the area and compared the different things that applied to our property which really helped getting our price finalized for the listing. We contacted Rick and invited him over to discuss our plan to sell our residence and to allow us to determine if there would be a good fit between him and ourselves to complete that plan. Meeting at our residence we reitereated our interest in an agent with close links to the community and it's broader region; that is, the agent should reside in or near the community, should have extensive and first hand and successful results in the local real estate market and be able to draw on this background in selling our place. Rick was very patient and forthcoming with us at this meeting which took a considerable amount of his time as he answered all of our many questions.
